I know. It looks disgusting. But it was actually the best thing I've ever made and eaten in my life. But I couldn't have made this all by myself. So I called Jackie over, who happens to be an expert baker. She knew exactly what to do to get the egg whites seperated from the yolks. And the way she grated that lime (for the lime zest) you would've thought she did it for a living. It took us roughly 2 hours to complete. Not because it was difficult, but because we had music playing. So we would stop every so often and have a wild dancing session. I really wish I could post the video of Jackie dancing on the blog. It's HILARIOUS every time I watch it, It makes me so happy. But I would never want to embarass Jackie like that. And she would probably kill me. So when we were all ready to eat the pie, we decided to walk over to Walgreens to get some cool whip. What a let down. They had none. So we defeatedly walked back to my house with our heads down... after having a dance party in the back isle of Walgreens. So all in all we had a great time and I will definitlley be making that recipe again.
