really should be), you may have noticed that I didn't blog last week. If you
are reading this and attend the same school as I do,(which is most of you, as I
don't get much traffic on my blogger page) you probably noticed that I wasn't in
school. Both of these problems (yes, they are problems) were caused by the same
thing, My Magically Wacky Staircase Adventure! (I'm calling Disney to make that
into a movie). On Friday, on my way to math class (a test, no less), I tripped
and fell face first down half a flight of stairs. As you can assume that wasn't
particularly enjoyable, and resulted in me missing my test as well as a number
of important things about the upcoming cumulative exam. However, the
interesting and funny part of my weekend was actually in my visit to the ER.
Of course as soon as I walked out of school my mom (a nurse) insisted I take
an ER trip to make sure nothing was wrong with me. While falling I had hit my
left knee on a stair and my right arm had taken most of the impact falling, so
we had to have both checked. Suprisingly enough, the waiting line wasn't very
long, but it still wasn't a fun visit. After a nearly four-hour process of
being checked in, brought to one room, brought to another room, getting x-rayed, and watching a Korean soap opera on the room's TV, none of my tests turned up positive for injury (figures). However, I did get to play with some of the
hospital insturaments (and I heard a fair number of "we didn't have these when I
first started working here" stories from my mom).
Aside from that, I did get a day off, and I didn't have to do Cardio Day in
gym (YAY!). I'll be posting again this week
