I finally finished Mark of Athena! In case you don't know this is the newest Rick Riordan book, it was really good but I don't suggest you read it if you haven't read the Percy Jackson books or at least The Lost Hero and The Son of Neptune. Now I have been reading this book for about two months, since like late November which is really uncommon for me and it was driving me crazy that I hadn't finished it yet. It wasn't like I couldn't finish it, it wasn't too much reading. So on Saturday I decided I would read the last 100 pages over the next two days. This isn't that much as you might think because once I start reading I can go forever. (This is how I finished all seven Harry Potter books in less than six months) I finished mid morning Sunday and for some reason finishing gave me the urge to clean my room. So I cleaned my room for about an hour, and it looked great. I had nothing else to do so I decided to clean out my dresser. This led to some organization ideas, which later led to a trip to Target. I bought some fabric bins for my bookcase so I can shove some of my stuff in them without it looking messy. I also got pushpins for my bullitin board that I never use, I am going to use it now by hanging my jewelery from the pushpins. I also found a super cute dress. (I get a little distracted in Target) I haven't used my purchases yet to organize my room but I'm very excited! (I'm a very organized person so this kind of thing does tend to make me excited)

You're funny. I know exactly how that cleaning/organizing thing gets started, and when you finish you've been at it for hours and have done way more than you set out to do.

I am the most disorganized person ever, just ask Emily, but I know sometimes I get on, like, cleaning modes and I just clean and organize until everything is neatly packed away in color-coded bins and my drawers and closet are spotless, and I'm always so proud of myself at the end!
