Hiya. So, I don't have the biggest house in the world, and it's really far away from everything but DQ, and my basement isn't super fun or really finished, and there isn't much to do inside my house, so my parents always question why I don't have people over.... Hmmm wonder why. Also, I usually don't bring people over because my parents are really embarrassing... Shhhh don't tell them. Nah, it's okay I tell them all the time. Anyway, my parents are trying to make my house nicer to be around and stuff, so lately we are having a lot of work done. Mostly painting and re-arranging and buying new tables and couches and stuff. The painters just finished painting our basement so it isn't dark and scary anymore! WOOHOO!!!! I think next we are just touching up some painting on the first floor, and then we are doing my room! It's gonna be so cool. I'm so excited. At the moment, it is a sort of dull mint, but more green than mint, and lavender, but they both turned out kind of grey, so I think the colors look really ugly. Today I picked out the color that I want it to be, and it is going to be a sort of Tiffany box blue. If you don't know what that looks like, it is sort of turquoise but more bright and blue. It going to be really cool. I got a patterned black and white comforter to go with it. It really ties the room together. AHHHHHH I can't wait!!! Oh, this weekend I also got my cartilage pierced. It didn't really hurt when I got it, but now it hurts a LOT. But, I think it will be okay after a couple of days. I really like it, which is good because I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but everything went really well. The lady who pierced my ear, Sue, was crazy. I'm going to day she had a total of probably 14 earrings, and she was wearing hoops in 10 of them. She talked a lot and said really creepy things. But, she's pretty good at her job I guess. But if I see her again, I think I'll just turn around and run. Fast.
