You see a baby in a buggy. You look at it and say "aaawww he's so cute! Oh my gosh so adorable!"
You see a kid your age walking down the street. You say "Hi!" or you just ignore them.
You see a middle-aged man walking down the street. You probably pull your hat down and speed-walk until you pass him.
You see a little old man walkind down the street, and you say "aaawww he's so cute! Oh my gosh so adorable!"
You see what I mean? I'm okay with looking up to old people, I'm okay with thinking they are good looking and being nice to them, but I'm just not okay with acting like they are the baby you see being pushed down the street in a buggy. I know a lot of people in this class immediately think "omg so adorable" when it comes to old people, but I would like to respectfully disagree with you. If you're still reading my rant, thank you for hearing me out, and next time you see an old person please do not call them cute.
