So this weekend, I went to the Cubs V. Mets game. First, we had to walk over a mile from where we parked, because there is absoltely no parking whatsoever near the field. After that, there were probably 3,000 people directly outside the field being stupid and having no idea where to go, because apparently they can't read the giant signs directing people where to go. During the game, no one scored - or even got a lot of hits - until around the 5th inning. After that, the cubs were up by 2. The next inning, they managed to let the Mets get a 2 run homer and another home run. And they lost 4-3. WHY CAN"T WE BE GOOD ANYMORE.
I think we can all agree that food is awesome. Especially when you don't have to make it yourself. Whenever I make myself food, I break something. Usually myself. It doesn't end well. If you haven't realized yet, I'm REALLY good at breaking things. If I took foods, I would legitimately fail the class. I should probably learn to cook and stuff, or else I'm gonna end up weighing around 600 pounds, which wouldn't exactly be convenient.
So last Friday, Courtney and her friends threw a surprise party for me (And Maura technically). But through a series of events that I will not explain in depth here, I put 2 and 2 together and saw it coming. It wasn't very surprising, but it was a great demonstration of how important it is to have your story straight. Either way, It was awesome. We had frozen yogurt, which is basically ice cream plus $2 and the word yogurt. Then we saw iron man 3, which is clearly an action movie since I hadn't seen 1 or 2 and knew exactly what was going on. Then we pretty much just stood around for an hour doing nothing. It was fun. Then I went to sleep, and got up 5 hours later to drive to Ohio. Ill write about that in another blog.
