I know it's spring because after dinner my lips tasted like oranges. Oranges are pretty much the staple of spring in my house, seeing as they're in season and we all pretty much become addicted to them. WELL. It's very warm today and it's supposed to be over 80 flipping degrees tomorrow, that's insane. I can't wait to go summer shopping and get cute clothes and yeah it will just be really wonderful and I hope it comes soon. I'd like to congratulate Lizzie and Linnea on a fantastic performance in v-show, as well as everyone else who participated. We have so much natural talent at our school it's unbelievably humbling. 25 more days and we will be leaving it all behind. Wow. Okay well so this weekend was quite possibly one of the busiest weekends of my life. On Saturday, I went to six flags with my friends Rares and Tea and on Sunday, Linnea and I headed over to Key Lime Cove. Physically I'm absolutely exhausted no matter how much I sleep but mentally I am in tip top shape. I'm ready to take the rest of the year by storm and finish strong. I'm asking my parents for a nice longboard for graduation, but honestly I would be fine if they just gave me a twenty dollar bill. I'm just excited for summer.:)
We are 36 days away from graduation (school days). Isn't that insane? It's really crazy to me because we've all grown up together whether I've known you since kindergarten or met you over the course of our grammar school and middle school. Our LA class has grown to be a family and I'm really going to miss all of you next year because the truth is I probably won't see most of you more than once every couple months. I know I made the right decision about what high school I'm going to but agh graduation will be emotional. On a lighter note, I received a letter from Maine East yesterday saying I got into accel Algebra 2! Meaning I made the gifted program and I have all accel classes. I feel really proud of this. It's going to be a very tough load but I can't wait to get started. Cheer tryouts are May 28th and after I graduate, I have about five days and then summer school starts. I really don't get a break but that's what I want. Writing this is bittersweet, and it hasn't hit me yet that we are truly almost done. :|
I really haven't blogged about this in a long time but April is a really big month for cheer so I might as well inform you all of what is happening. Worlds is basically the equivalent of the Olympics for allstar cheerleaders. There are 5 levels of cheerleading and only top notch level 5 teams go to see who is the best. Well worlds is this month! I'm hoping World Cup Shooting Stars and F5 wins. I know that means nothing to any of you but I just thought I would share. Anyway. So cheerleading in highschool starts before summer starts. May 29th. It's a little scary because I've never tried out for a team like this where I might not make it. Of course I can still run cross country and stuff if I don't but I'd really like to. Speaking of high school, I took the most important test of my entire life thus far yesterday and I don't think I did bad on it. When I was just about done, I looked over to see what question the girl was on next to me and when I was 97, I didn't feel so bad. However she skipped like 40 and had to go back and do them so I felt
My Chemical Romance has been in my life for a while now. My brother is once again on his mission to expose me to music that he loves and My Chemical Romance was one of the first bands he ever played for me. Unfortunately, this band that I hold so dear has recently broken up. The day I left for spring break was the day that they broke up and it was really upsetting to me because this band influenced my taste in music greatly. Thankfully, they only broke up because of record label problems and soon, they might get back together. They are four very talented guys that deserve to be heard and sing about relevant things. The Black Parade was one of those albums that I could listen to while I was feeling down and it might not have made me feel better but I certainly understood everything more. So this past couple weeks have been weeks of remembrance for MCR fans all over the world. I miss them and I hope they g
I haven't blogged in a while! But I have something VERY EXCITING to talk about today. I am a huge fan of the Ellen show. Ellen degeneres is just one of the funniest people ever. Today, I was calmly watching her show when I had to spit out my tea because THEY'RE MAKING A SEQUEL TO FINDING NEMO. THAT'S RIGHT. Oh my goodness this is just such good news I can't believe it. It's going to be called 'Finding Dory' and will be out in the fall of 2015. Ugh, I know it's a long time but super cool movies like that take a while to make and it will be very very worth the wait. Disney movies were and are such a thrilling concept because being a little bit older now, I can appreciate the animation and drawings put into these movies by such talented people and I hope they never stop making them because every kid deserves to see Disney movies. Also, for anyone who was wondering I had a terrible migraine today and that's why I was unable to attend school. Also again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUCY EAT A TON OF CAKE.
