The last weekend we (Franklin,Conor, and I) went to American Science and Surplus. The trip was organized by Conor and he invited Franklin and me. I couldn't say no, I mean, I haven't been there in over 2 years and that place has so much weird stuff (black rubber mushroom thingy(rubber stoppers) for 2 cents a piece all the way to a skeleton in full riot gear) There was literally everything. There was an Isle donated to motors. 1 to beakers and other glass equipment. oh, and in one there was a few large cases of Thiorea (not sure how you spell it. you will probably remember it as a strip of paper for last year science. I couldn't taste it so I'm not sure if I can say it's bad tasting.) They had switches and fans and resistors of various types(1 cent a piece). They even had... DUCT TAPE! (that was a surprise huh?) While I was there I got a wire stripper and a on-on switch. I can't wait to go back again and get more useless stuff.

It really is an awesome store. I like the life size replica of the terracotta warriors in the window. They have everything right down to frogs preserved in formaldehyde for dissecting. It's definitely worth a trip there.

There's always room for the useless stuff you only use once and then throw in your room somewhere... Been there done that. I mean not at that store but just in general

I LOVE THAT STORE. I got my first microscope there because they have some really nice ones. Also they have cool cameras.
