Every year my grandma on my dad's side makes ravioli, (she's Italian, can you guess?) but recently she has realized she can't make enough (approximately 280 of them) by herself so she has enlisted me, my sister, and our cousin. This year, my grandma wanted us there by 8:30 so we would finish before I had to go home. Anyway, we got there early enough to help make the second batch of dough. (DOUGH! heh see what I did there?) I also managed to mess up the dough by forgetting to add the blade to the Cuisinart so all the liquid ingredients came out the bottom. That wasn't very beneficial to anything. After I screwed stuff up, it was time to actually do stuff. I was in charge of forking to seal the ravioli, my sis was in charge of rolling the dough (not in the dough) and my cousin was in charge of actually making them. Anyway, we took 5 hours with 3 people to make enough ravioli. I don't know how my grandma did it by herself

Sorry this was published almost late. I accidentally saved it to drafts instead of publishing. whoops.

I think it's great you helped her and are well on the way to making ravioli on your own!
